About

I'm a frontend engineer with 9+ years of experience. I work with product, design and management to build solutions that matter to customers, test hypotheses through experiments, and evolve them based on customer feedback. I also enjoy building shared tools and frameworks that help other engineers do the same.

Most of my work has been with React, Vue.js, and Node.js. At Booking.com, I helped build the in-house micro-frontend platform and led the move to React and microservices in the company's largest product vertical. I also owned modernized services in production, including setting and maintaining reliability targets. Beyond coding, I spend time on architecture, mentoring, and interviewing. More recently, I've been exploring what AI can and cannot help with in the SDLC.

After 8 years at Booking.com, I took a year off to recharge and travel. Since coming back, I've been dusting off my own ideas across different domains: Frontend, Backend and Native mobile. I grew from Frontend Engineer to Tech Lead, helping modernise Booking.com’s frontend and build its in-house micro-frontend platform. I led the migration of 50+ high-traffic components to React, extended shared frameworks used by 150+ engineers, and owned services in production. Alongside delivery, I mentored engineers, shaped architecture across teams, and explored AI-assisted development.
